SKinner Block, 3rd Avenue (River Drive)
Comprised of two different buildings, 1530 and 1532 Third Avenue, the Skinner Block includes a circa 1884 Italianate structure and an 1889 Sullivanesque structure, both of which have seen many changes over the years.

SIn the early 1990s, the Skinner Block was completely boarded up, and seemed to be on its way to demolition. This image is from 1991. |

The Skinner Block has since been given new life, and is the cornerstone of downtown revitilization in Moline. This is as it appeared circa 2002. |
