Churches
The earliest church services in Moline, as in most pioneer villages and towns, were held in the private homes of parishoners until enough money could be raised to build a proper church. Churches were then often loaned to other congregations until they were able to establish their own church for followers.
Moline has had many churches, and some of the earliest still operate in Moline today.
